Common questions from restaurants and food

Can customers order for delivery and pickup?
Yes. Customers choose delivery or pickup. For delivery, you set the areas you serve and the fee for each, and the order shows the total.
Do you provide riders?
No. Zatar does not supply delivery riders; you use your own. Zatar tracks each order through the stages and has the customer confirm delivery with a code.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. The dashboard works on phones and tablets as well as laptops, and your team can use it too.
