From a QR code to a paid, delivered order
Three people, one flow: the owner who sets it up, the customer who buys and the team that keeps it running.
Set up once, then run it from one dashboard
- 1
Create your workspace
Sign up and answer four short steps: your business name and logo, what kind of business you run, how you serve customers, and your opening hours. You can fill the workspace with realistic sample data to see how it looks.
- 2
Add what you sell
Add your products, dishes or services with prices and photos. Teach MAY by editing her Templates and FAQs, and try her in the Test Inbox with your own questions.
- 3
Choose how you get paid
Add your payout account, or connect your own Paystack account. Then pick a plan and verify your identity. A business opens to customers once it has a paid plan and a verified owner.
- 4
Share your QR code or link
Print your code for the counter, the packaging or a poster, or send the link on Instagram. Every code counts its own scans, so you see what brings people in.
Setup is free and private. Nobody can reach your business until you open it.
Chat, choose, pay, and track
- 1
Scan or tap
The customer scans your QR code or opens your link and signs in with their phone number and a one-time code. First time only, they add their name.
- 2
Ask and browse
MAY greets them, answers questions, and shows items with photos and prices. For a service, she shows the free times.
- 3
Confirm and pay
MAY prepares the order or booking, and the customer taps to confirm it. They pay on a secure Paystack page, by card, bank transfer or USSD.
- 4
Follow it to the door
They get updates as the order moves. When it arrives, they confirm delivery with their own code, and can report a problem within a short window.
Every day, in one inbox
- 1
See what needs you
The dashboard shows what needs attention now: chats MAY has handed over, unpaid orders, today’s bookings and low stock.
- 2
Answer in Messenger
Open any chat, take over from MAY, assign it to a teammate, and add a private note. Staff see only what the owner has given them access to.
- 3
Move orders and bookings along
Mark an order packed or out for delivery, confirm or reschedule a booking, and let the customer know in one tap.
- 4
Look back at what worked
Check your sales, busy times and which QR codes bring customers, then adjust.
What keeps it honest
- The customer’s tap, never MAY, is what commits an order or a booking.
- Money is processed by Paystack. Zatar never sees card details.
- A delivery is confirmed by the customer, with a code, not marked by the business alone.
- Every important change in your workspace is written to an activity log.
