Simple plans, in naira, that grow with you

One customer chat with at least one message from the customer in the calendar month. MAY’s replies, your replies and the same customer’s further messages in that chat do not add to it. A chat that is quiet one month and active the next counts again. Messages in the Test Inbox never count. The count restarts on the 1st.

The lower price shown for each plan, available until 4 May 2027. If you subscribe before then, you keep that price for as long as your subscription continues. After that date new customers pay the normal price.

You get a small buffer of 10% first. After that, extra conversations can be covered by a pack you buy in advance, or by a small per-conversation charge to your saved card that you have agreed to, billed once a month with a spending limit you set. If neither covers a new conversation, new customers get a short message that your team will reply, and the chat comes to you. Your orders, bookings and customer records are never deleted.

There is no free plan. Setting up your workspace is free and private: you can add your items, write your Templates and FAQs, and try MAY in the Test Inbox. A business opens to customers once it has a paid plan and a verified owner.

Yearly is ten months’ price for twelve months, so you get two months free. You choose when you subscribe.

You can move up or down between plans. Moving to a lower plan loses nothing: your data stays visible and usable, and only adding new items beyond the lower limit pauses. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period.

SMS is paid from a prepaid wallet that you top up, not from your plan. You see the price before you confirm a top-up, and a message that fails to send is never charged.

Paystack charges its own processing fee on each customer payment. That fee is Paystack’s and is shown on Paystack’s pricing page. Zatar adds no charge on top of it.
