Common questions from salons, barbers and beauty

Can customers book their own time?
Yes. Customers see only free times, pick one, and pay the deposit if you ask for one. Until then the time is held for a short while so nobody else can take it.
What if a customer cancels or does not show up?
You set the rule. Inside your free-change window the deposit is refunded; later, you can keep it. You can also ask customers who missed a visit before to pay a higher deposit next time.
Can each stylist have their own calendar?
Yes. Each team member has their own hours, time off and bookings, and the number of calendars matches the team members on your plan.
